Site Plan review is required for any new construction or substantial reconstruction. A complete site plan must be submitted with an application for a Zoning Compliance permit.

Procedure:
Zoning Services staff distribute the plans to other agencies for review. City agency staff will have 2 weeks to review the plans and return comments to Planning Department.

If all agency requirements are met, an approved plan is forwarded to applicant.

If there are negative comments by any city, county, or state agency, the comments are forwarded to the applicant.

The applicant must submit a revised plan for review by only those agencies that had negative comments.

Time Frame:
If all city agencies approve the plans on the first review, processing is normally two weeks. Re-submitted plans are reviewed within one week.
