Water, Sewer, and Garbage Bill Payments

• Payments may be mailed to PO Box 199, Clinton, NC 28329-0199
• Payments may be made in person with cash, check, debit or credit cards, at City Hall, 221 Lisbon Street
• Payments may be made by utilizing the City of Clinton Utility Bank Draft Plan
• Payments may be placed in the night depository located at the drive-in window at City Hall
• Bills are due on or before the 12th of each month; if not paid by the due date, a 10% penalty will be added to your account. If the bill is not paid before the cutoff date, a $30.00 delinquent fee will be added and you must pay total amount past due and current charges before services can be reinstated.

Water Turn-On/Turn-Off

• Property owners can establish service by calling 299-4909 or in person at City Hall, 221 Lisbon Street between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
• Persons renting or leasing the property for which service is requested must pay a $125.00 deposit in order to initiate service.

Parking Tickets

• Payments for parking tickets may be made at City Hall, 221 Lisbon Street.
• Questions concerning parking tickets should be directed to the City of Clinton Police Department at 299-4911.
